PURPOSE
Coordinating cross agency funding
In May 2020, a Joint Agency Partnership was created between four key agencies: Bay of Plenty Regional Council, Department of Conservation, Waikato Regional Council and Manaaki Kaimai Mamaku Trust.
Underpinning this partnership is an "Environmental Programme" which supports the protection and enhancement of indigenous biodiversity across the Kaimai Mamaku through increased and sustained pest control.
